From the first sketch to the moment you open the box, every Orvellia piece follows the same seven stages. Nothing is rushed, and nothing leaves us unchecked.
Sourcing
Corals, beads, moissanite, fine metals and woven fibres hand-selected and matched for tone, size and texture.
Design
Signature designs developed in-house; bespoke commissions get up to three designs for your review.
Approval & Deposit
You approve a design; a 50% non-refundable deposit is due. After approval, design changes cannot be made.
Handcrafting
Stones set, metals joined and beads strung by hand. Custom pieces take 14 to 21 business days.
Quality Inspection
Finish, clasp and setting strength and colour consistency checked before packing.
Packaging
Gift box and velvet pouch with the authenticity card, presented before dispatch.
Dispatch & Aftercare
Balances settled before dispatch; express shipping with tracking, backed by warranty and lifetime maintenance.
