These Terms of Service expand on the Terms & Conditions Highlights and apply to your use of our website and purchase of our products. If anything here conflicts with the Store Policies (Shipping, Returns, Custom, Materials, Warranty), the Store Policies prevail. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use our services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products & Descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our jewelry accurately. Because we use natural, un-dyed corals, organic beads and hand-woven textiles, minor variations in tone, pattern and texture from online photography are inherent to artisanal production and are not defects. Screen colours vary by device.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed and exclude shipping, taxes and import duties unless stated. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers such as Paystack, Stripe or Flutterwave. We may correct pricing errors and, if a correction applies to an order you have placed, will offer you the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.

Orders & Availability

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when full payment is successfully processed. Because drops are limited, we may cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping & Risk

Shipping, delivery times, duties and taxes are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes to you once full payment is received.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Returns and exchanges are governed by a 7-day return window (see our Returns & Exchanges page); custom, bespoke, altered and Final Sale items are non-returnable. Warranty and repair terms are set out in the Warranty & Repair Policy, and additional written terms apply to products priced above $1,000.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom commissions are governed by the Custom, Bespoke & Limited Drop Policy, including the 50% non-refundable deposit, the three included designs (additional designs are charged), design approval, final balance and cancellation terms.

Promotions, Gift Cards & Referrals

Promotions, gift cards, discounts and referral rewards are subject to the Offers, Gift Cards and Referral terms. We may modify or withdraw them at any time and may refuse rewards where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, brand graphics, logomarks (including the Orvellia typographic wordmark and monogram), copy and photography are the sole property of Orvellia Fine Jewelry. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited. If you tag us or use our hashtags, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share that content with credit on our channels.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, use automated tools to purchase limited drops, or resell our products while presenting them as our own.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvellia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from courier delays, customs actions or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, courier disruption, governmental action or network failure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will try to resolve any dispute in good faith first; if that fails, the courts of Lagos State will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have in your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
