Before You Begin

Commission Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due once materials are sourced or design work begins.
Up to three designs are included; each additional design is charged at 10% of the initial deposit (minimum US$15). No changes after you approve a design.
Standard crafting takes 14 to 21 business days after approval.
The remaining 50% balance, plus shipping and taxes, is due before dispatch.
Custom and bespoke pieces are Final Sale; if you cancel after fabrication begins, the deposit is forfeited.
